What Boost5 records
When someone uses a Boost5 tracking link, Boost5 records the card used, the time of the tap, and a randomly generated device identifier stored in a cookie. The identifier is used to estimate unique devices; it does not contain the customer’s name, email, review text, or Google account.
Business information
Boost5 stores customer business names, locations, public Google rating and review counts, tracking-link activity, and—when supplied privately—a report email address. Care customers’ business names and combined performance numbers may appear in the public business search. Report email addresses are not public.
Services used
Boost5 may use Google Places to read public business information, Stripe to process subscriptions, Resend to deliver reports, and its hosting provider to operate the site. Those services handle information under their own privacy terms.
How long information is kept
Lead emails are kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Customer account, payment-reference, support, and reporting records are kept while service is active and generally for up to seven years afterward when reasonably needed for taxes, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Tap-level records and device identifiers are generally kept for up to 24 months; aggregated statistics may be kept longer because they do not identify a visitor.
Consent, choices, and opt out
Submitting an email or buying a service authorizes Boost5 to contact you about that request. Marketing messages will include a reasonable opt-out method. You may withdraw marketing consent, request access or correction, object to public display, or request deletion by emailing contactboost5@gmail.com. Boost5 may retain records it is legally required or reasonably permitted to keep. Visitors may clear the Boost5 cookie through browser settings.
Security and children
Boost5 uses reasonable safeguards but no online system can guarantee perfect security. The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
